Jiaxing video production can connect a supplier’s products, people and working process for customers who cannot attend a site visit. Shoot In China helps overseas brands, agencies and production companies plan supplier stories, interviews, product footage and company films.
Our production management team is based in Shanghai. We travel to Jiaxing for filming and arrange any suitable local support according to the brief and confirmed dates. We do not claim to have a local Jiaxing office.
Choose a supplier story that serves the audience
The Jiaxing industries section of the Zhejiang English portal covers manufacturing and textile-related business activity. For a film, the useful question is which part of an individual supplier’s work the viewer needs to understand. Avoid a general city promotion when the real brief concerns one product or customer decision.
A buyer-facing film could explain a material, demonstrate a product detail or follow a sample through several production stages. A recruitment film may instead prioritise people and the working environment. Agree the audience and purpose before deciding how much of the facility to cover.
Get the address and product list right
A brief saying only “Jiaxing” is not enough to plan travel or filming time. Provide each exact location, the relevant site contact and the products available on the shoot date. If the trip includes a showroom and a separate facility, identify both before the crew and schedule are booked.
Confirm which samples are approved for filming and whether packaging, labels and finishes match the intended market. Prepare clean display items and a working demonstration where required. A simple product checklist can prevent time being lost searching for the correct version on the day.
Bilingual coordination from brief to final subtitles
An English–Mandarin producer can help connect the international brief with managers, product specialists and the filming team. Responsibilities can include interview preparation, access arrangements, shot priorities and communication when the schedule changes.
For a customer or supplier testimonial, agree the contributor’s role, interview language and approval process in advance. Translated quotations and technical terms should be checked by the client’s nominated reviewer. We do not substitute a general marketing claim for an answer the contributor actually gave.

Plan a regional trip with enough filming time
We can travel from Shanghai with a core team and the appropriate equipment, then arrange additional resources if the project needs them. The quote identifies transport, accommodation where required, equipment movement and any recce. Local resource availability is checked for the actual dates rather than assumed.
If several suppliers are involved, group the itinerary by confirmed addresses and appointments. Allow time for site entry, setup and movement between spaces. A quiet interview may require a separate room even when the supporting footage is filmed on the factory floor.
See our work and discuss your assignment
Visit our portfolio and showreel for examples of the team’s work. The Trade Desk interview project in Shanghai offers an interview reference. The location is stated deliberately: this example is not presented as a previous Jiaxing assignment.
Email [email protected] with your supplier addresses, filming dates, product list, interview needs and final delivery formats. We can assess the travel and production requirements before proposing a Jiaxing filming plan.
